Podcast Opening:

Welcome to HardWodder Radio Episode 44. Our mission with this podcast and company is to Arm Humans With The Tools To Crush Mediocrity, Create Mastery, And Live In Total Wellness. I am Jason Archer… founder of HardWodder, creator, freedom seeker, leader of self and this tribe of those giving all they have for all they want… and today we’re talking with Esther Adler on her journey from abuse to freedom.

So, turn up the volume, put down the distractions and let’s kick this off…

Quote: “So now, I choose the challenges rather than the challenges choosing me.” – Esther Adler

Esther was abused… both as a child and as a wife, and she’s no victim.

But, her story didn’t end because of the hardships… in fact, the tools she learned while escaping the bonds of circumstance are relevant to all of us who seek to expand in our lives in one way or another.

Esther used her past as a platform to build a bigger future. In her book, “Breaking The Chains To Freedom“, she tells the whole story… but today, we get some of her background and the color around who she was and now who she is.

Her story carries lessons for us all… Give it a listen today.

Episode 44 with Esther Adler is now LIVE on HardWodder Radio… Enjoy!
