So, turn up the volume, put down the distractions and let’s kick this off…

Inside:

Quote: “I love whatever program people can do consistently…”

Chris is an Alaska native, now residing in the valley of the sun and pursuing a career in health coaching. He’s using his personal fitness journey to help others and provide meaningful and functional advice to those seeking help.

His journey is one that includes significant weight loss of 70 pounds, getting on and then off of harmful statin drugs, chronic back pain and ultimately a decision to become a student of his own body that would lead him to his certifications with NASM and Precision Nutrition.

With an unselfish and outward focused attitude, Chris helps people by leveraging his personal journey, humor, and knowledge to truly engage those he works with..

In this episode, get a fresh perspective on the importance of Vitamin D, Naturopathy, and Funtional Movement from a man whose lived with and without each and can speak firsthand to the issues faced by many who work at a desk, lose control of their wellness to a degree, and yet want to turn it all around.
