Liked the comment on opposite hip weakness causing knee pain. I had a runner a few weeks back who had knee pain around mile 15 of his runs. Not a typical patient in the clinic I’m in but gave him advise on strengthening his opposite hip as I found it to be weak during my eval. Great podcast! Look forward to hearing more
