I am Jason Archer… founder of HardWodder, creator, freedom seeker, leader of self and this tribe of those giving all they have for all they want… and today we’re talking with Esther Adler on her journey from abuse to freedom.
So, turn up the volume, put down the distractions and let’s kick this off…
Inside:
Quote:
Esther was abused… both as a child and as a wife, and she’s no victim. She was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes too. And, as an athlete that can be tough.
So, she decided to do epic shit. Like climb mountains and become a doctor.
Esther used her past as a platform to build a bigger future. In her book, “Breaking The Chains To Freedom“, she tells the whole story… but today, we get some of her background and the color around who she was and now who she is.
Her story carries lessons for us all… and examples for us all as to how we can overcome the negative and create the positive. Each of us carries a type of warrior within. Let that part of you out and live your best life!
