Podcast Opening:

Welcome to HardWodder Radio Episode 21. I am Jason Archer… founder of HardWodder, creator, freedom seeker, leader of self and this tribe of those giving all they have for all they want… and today we’re talking with Former Collegiate Athlete and CrossFit Coach, Barrett Reznick.

So, turn up the volume, put down the distractions and let’s kick this off…

Inside:

Quote: “I love squats. Anyone who knows me knows that I love squats. Squats are by far my favorite thing.”

Barrett takes us through the rigors of playing college football. The speed and pace of the game and how he had to adapt both physically and mentally.

We talk about TBI or Traumatic Brain Injury. How hitting thousands of times of the course of a football career cause him to lose cognition and develop a stutter.

But with lots of experimentation, he was able to bring his brain back around with the help of a specific supplement regiment

Training, of course, remains a big part of his life. He uses his experiences in the gym and on the field to coach Crossfit and CrossFit Kids programs here in the valley.

A new father, his priorities have shifted… listen in and learn in what way.

Enjoy the episode… and be sure to invite others to do the same.
